Do you want Business Immigration to Canada? You can with the BC PNP Entrepreneur Business Immigration to Canada program.

Here are some common questions:

How are points calculated?

There are several factors including but not limited to net worth, amount of investment and experience that give you points. With enough points, your application will be chosen for BC PNP Entrepreneur Business Immigration to Canada.

Is the required Minimum listed Net Worth of $600,000 CAN (3 Crore Rupees) enough for application approval?

We at RS Immigration Corporation recommend a net worth of $1.2 million CAN (6 Crore rupees) to receive enough points for a successful BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration to Canada application.

Meeting the minimum net worth requirement does not guarantee that you will be invited to apply or be approved as a provincial nominee – only the highest-scoring registrants are invited to apply.

Is the required Minimum Investment listed of $200,000 CAN (1 Crore rupees) enough for application approval?

We at RS Immigration Corporation recommend a minimum investment of $400,000 CAN (2 Crore rupees) to receive enough points and to have a successful BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration to Canada application.

Meeting the minimum eligible investment requirement does not guarantee that you will be invited to apply or be approved as a provincial nominee – only the highest-scoring registrants are invited to apply.

How are the funds for purchasing the business within Canada brought in to Canada?

The funds are brought in to Canada using a combination of a wire transfer and Canadian loan. The BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration program requires evidence of how the funds came to be. Providing proof of a wire transfer receipt and loan is very useful for the immigration application.

Be weary of anyone that wants you to bring in funds by any other means and will not provide a receipt. Money laundering is a Canadian Federal Offence with hefty fines and jail time.

What are the fees?

Professional fees for Business Immigration can range between $20,000 CAN to $50,000 CAN. Be weary of anyone doing work for free, will not sign a retainer or will not provide any documentation. You are a business person and documentation is to be expected and so are fees.

What is a retainer?

A retainer must be signed by an immigration consultant or lawyer when processing an application. The retainer is for your protection and explains how to apply for a refund or file a complaint. It is a requirement for the immigration process.

An immigration professional that does not sign a retainer is not following the rules. This may negatively affect you.

It’s that time of year again, where people are rushing to prepare sponsoring parents for permanent residency application. Citizenship and Immigration Canada will start accepting applications on January 2, 2016.

There is a maximum cap of 5000 applications and only the first 5000 complete applications will be processed for permanent residency. This article will discuss the history, using the right application forms and politics surrounding sponsoring parents for permanent residency.

1) History of the sponsoring parents for permanent residency

In November, 2011, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) paused sponsoring parents for permanent residency applications for 24 months to reduce a backlog of applications. CIC reopened parents sponsorship Canada in 2014 accepting the first 5000 complete applications. In 2014, it took 19 days to reach sponsoring parents for permanent residency 5000 application cap maximum.

In 2015, sponsoring parents for permanent residency Canada applications cap remained at the first 5,000 applications received. It took 1.5 days to reach this 5000 cap max. So, you can only imagine how quickly the January 2, 2016 cap will be reached.

2) Forms for sponsoring parents for permanent residency

The first thing CIC checks when receiving a sponsoring parents for permanent residency application are the forms. CIC will ensure all the forms are the most current and if any of them are missing any information. If the forms are not the most current, they will not count towards the 5000 cap for sponsoring parents for permanent residency and will be returned. Citizenship and Immigration Canada changes the forms every year and CIC can update the forms at any time. So, ensure you use the most current forms.

In 2014, Citizenship and Immigration Canada updated the forms for sponsoring parents for permanent residency in the eleventh hour. For January 2, 2016 applications forms for sponsoring parents for permanent residency Canada are currently showing dates of November 2014. Don’t be surprised if the forms change, be ready.

3) Politics and the sponsoring parents for permanent residency

Both Mulcair’s NDP and Trudeau’s Liberals have stated, if they get voted in, they would remove or increase the 5000 cap for sponsoring parents for permanent residency. Also, assign additional resources to help with processing of these applications. There is no way to determine who will win the election or how this will affect the cap or application process for the January 2, 2016 sponsoring parents for permanent residency intake.

Do you have questions about what are the requirements for sponsoring your parents for Permanent Residency? Super Visa or other question? For assistance navigating your successful Canadian immigration application contact RS Immigration Corp (click here).

The first thing CIC checks when receiving a parents and grandparents sponsorship Canada application for permanent residency are the forms. CIC will ensure all the forms are the most current and if any of them are missing any information. If the forms are not the most current, they will not count towards the 5000 cap for the parents and grandparents sponsorship Canada application for permanent residency and will be returned. Citizenship and Immigration Canada changes the forms every year and CIC can update the forms at any time. So, ensure you use the most current forms.

In 2014, Citizenship and Immigration Canada updated the forms for parents and grandparents sponsorship Canada application for permanent residency in the eleventh hour. For January 2, 2016 applications forms for permanent residency of parents and grandparents sponsorship Canada are currently showing dates of November 2014. Don’t be surprised if the forms change, be ready.

3) Politics and the parents and grandparents sponsorship Canada application for permanent residency

Both Mulcair’s NDP and Trudeau’s Liberals have stated, if they get voted in, they would remove or increase the 5000 cap for parents and grandparents sponsorship Canada application for permanent residency. Also, assign additional resources to help with processing of these applications. There is no way to determine who will win the election or how this will affect the cap or application process for the January 2, 2016 parents and grandparents sponsorship Canada application for permanent residency intake.

The term live in or in home Caregiver are deceiving. Although, many people still use the term live-in, in-home Caregiver, the new regulations allow Caregivers to live out of the family’s home. Giving more options to Caregiver sponsorship applications and to Canadian families. Be very careful when using these terms, especially in your advertising. For the purposes of this article, these terms will be used interchangeably.

Here are some common questions about the live in out, live in Caregiver program applications:

1) How much do I need to pay a live in or live out Caregiver?

At this time the salary required to employ a live in or in home Caregiver is usually around minimum wage. However, the more experience and qualifications a foreign caregiver has, the more likely they will be paid more. Also, the minimum live out, live in Caregiver program application wage requirement varies from province to province. So, verify the minimum live out live in Caregiver program application wage requirement in advance. If you advertise a live out or in home Caregiver program application position for less than the minimum required wage amount, your application will be denied.

2) What are the application costs for a live out or live in Caregiver program?

For a successful live in, live out live in Caregiver program application, a positive Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) is required. The application fee for an LMIA is $1,000. This live in Caregiver program application requires advertising in different forms of media (such as print, online or other). An experienced immigration professional can provide a better advertising cost estimate.

3) The in home, live in Caregiver program application is a two-step process?

First, a live in Caregiver program application Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) approval is required. With Caregiver LMIA approval, the second step is the Caregiver work permit application. Furthermore, there is a separate live in Caregiver program application work permit application fee.

4) How long does the live in Caregiver program application process take?

First, there is the live in Caregiver program application LMIA and advertising of 30 days minimum. Then, the Caregiver LMIA application preparation, which takes time. Lastly the submission of the Caregiver LMIA application, which takes time to be received in the mail (or fax). Then the actual processing time of the Live in Caregiver program application LMIA. If the live in Caregiver program LMIA application is approved, then you must apply for a Caregiver work permit. Work permit processing times vary (right now they are about 4 months).

An estimated approximate total live in Caregiver program application processing time of about 5.5 to 6 months.
